Contains important legal amendments, including those to the Code of Criminal Procedure (digitalization of criminal procedures), the Act on Ensuring Proper Transactions Involving Specified Entrusted Business Operators (formerly the Subcontract Act), the Act on Building Unit Ownership, the Whistleblower Protection Act, the Act on Comprehensive Promotion of Labor Measures, the Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Rules of Criminal Procedure. Newly added content includes the Act on Security by Transfer of Title and Retention of Title Agreements (the Act on Security by Transfer of Title), the Standards on the Conclusion, Renewal, and Termination of Fixed-term Employment Contracts, and the Act on Employment Promotion of Persons with Disabilities.
