Fully-fledged dictionary covering all Spanish-speaking regions, useful for learning and research. Contains over 80,000 terms, with voice data for 10,000 terms.

The Shogakukan Spanish-Japanese Dictionary, 2nd edition, is a comprehensive Spanish dictionary that covers the whole Spanish-speaking world, including North and South America.
The first edition has been fully revised for use in today’s globalized and information-driven society, with approximately 10,000 new entries added from fields such as literature, art, IT and sports to reach a total of around 80,000 entries. In addition, since there are regional variations in vocabulary, besides the Spanish used in Spain, roughly 12,000 entries for the Spanish used in Latin America and the U.S.A. have been incorporated together with abundant information on grammatical usage and idioms as well as additional meanings. Phonetic symbols have also been thoroughly revised to display both European Spanish and Latin American pronunciations.
The JapanKnowledge edition contains audio data for approximately 10,000 words. The correct pronunciation of words can be heard by clicking the sound button. It is also possible to search for phrases and idioms. This is a Spanish-Japanese dictionary suitable for both language learning and research.
